Raw and healthy mint lemonade

Here’s the recipe for my favorite summer drink:

  1. A handful of fresh mint
  2. 1 squeezed lemon
  3. Raw wildflower honey
  4. Spring water
  5. Blend and enjoy

Raw Chips

Raw onion rings:

  1. chop some big yellow onions
  2.  add a tiny bit of olive oil
  3. Add bit of Himalayan salt.
  4. Put in dehydrator until crispy

Raw zucchini chips:

  1. Chop some thin slices
  2. Add a tiny bit of olive oil
  3. Add  a tiny bit of coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  4. One pinch of Himalayan salt
  5. Barbecue spices
  6.  Put in dehydrator until crispy…as good as potato chips

Raw Veggie Curry

1. dried raisins
2. cashew nuts
3. sliced tomatoes
4. sliced carrots
5. sugar snap peas
6. bean sprouts
7. sliced mushrooms
8. broccoli
9. last but not least; dill

Be creative and add other veggies of your choice

Coconut curry sauce:

1. coconut milk
2. curry powder
3. garlic powder
4. garam masala
5. Himalayan salt
6. cayenne pepper

Pour the sauce over the veggies and voila!

And for dessert:

Use the rest of the coconut milk and add raw agave nectar or raw honey, and some strawberries. Refrigerate for 15 min and enjoy

Lemon Crème:

Ok, I just prepared a lemon crème desert, and it is soooo good  :)

So, here is the recipe:

  1. soak raw cashew nuts for a few hours
  2.  rinse and drain
  3.  add spring water
  4.  a dash of Himalayan salt
  5.  the juice of 1 squeezed lemon
  6.  a few drops of vanilla extract
  7.  raw honey.
  8. Blend until creamy. Enjoy

Raw Chocolate Truffles 

1. raw cacao

2. a pinch of salt

3. vanilla extract (no alcohol)

4. raw peanut butter

5. yacon syrup

6. coconut crystals (low glycemic index)

7. …and, THE SECRET INGREDIENT: Coconut creme vanilla makes all the difference!!!!

8. you can roll them in raw cacao nibs

Raw Veggie Soup:

 

1. A handful of fresh spinach

2. A handful of fresh parsley

3. 2-3 broccoli

4. 1-2 carrots

5. 1/2 clove of garlic

6. 1-2 green onions

7. 1 table spoon dulse flakes

8. curry powder, Himalayan salt, and cayenne pepper.

9. Add warm water, blend in a powerful blender such as a Vitamix and voila :)

Sweet Raw Treat:

Here’s my latest creation:

1. shredded coconut

2. raw cacao

3. a few drops of vanilla essence

4. a pinch of salt

5. raw coconut butter

6. raw honey

7. mix and make little balls :)
