Hi,
I'm Stephanie and I have been eating mostly raw since 2007. I would like to share my journey; my successes and the mistakes I made on my way to health! This is a blog to help those who wish to attain better health and to guide them on their journey :)
I too, just recently finished a long-term project: I’ve published my first novel! It’s been years in the making (I hope the next ones don’t take as long!), and it was an interesting feeling when I finally put it out in the world. Initially, I had a hard time believing that the book was finished and the concern I had carried around in my being for it the last few years was lifted! I felt happy, proud, and liberated – a proud “papa!”
Then, like you, I slowly realized that although this major milestone had been reached, there was much yet to work on for this book (epublishing, marketing, recording an audio book, etc.), and it was probably not going to end any time soon, if at all! This deflated me a little, as I started to feel that I had put so much into this project over the years that I deserved a break!
So, I took a little break and I too went off my raw eating somewhat! LOL! But, it feels good to recognize this, and come back to center.
I’ve come back to center in regards to my book as well. I can now see that the next steps I’ll be taking with it are part of the dance of creativity, and that when you are working on your dreams in your life, are you really working, or are you playing? It can be hard work, no doubt, to follow our paths, but when appreciated in the spirit of “I’m making my dreams come true!” I find everything is much more enjoyable. That’s an interesting word: en-joy. It’s great to be able to “work on your life.”
The resonance continues, as I too have been interested in growing more food, and have been acquiring various containers. I’ve been doing research and learning about planting techniques. I’ve even been doing a few experiments, planting different things and seeing what happens.
And, I’ve not done a video blog in a while, either!

All the best and stay radiant,
